Hands-On Training Center (HTC) is a non-profit organization based in Arizona. HTC focuses on offering superior, competency-based job-ready skills training and certification in construction and electronics. It does so via micro-credentials, 2-year certificates, 4-year journeyman certificates, seminars, and workshops.
